This culturally relevant training is created to help new mothers become more knowledgeable about what life may look like in the fourth trimester. Participants will receive a special gift.

The fourth trimester refers to the first three months after a baby is born. It is a sacred time that can be difficult, no matter what type of birth experience a person has had. Unfortunately, the fourth trimester is often overlooked in our tribal communities. This training is designed to offer support for new Native mothers and their caregivers to flourish as individuals and as strong family units.
