What Families Need to Know....
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE 2018-19 SCHOOL YEAR
The first day of school is Monday, August 6.
The ECEC will not be in session the week of July 30 (through August 3). Please make alternative plans for your child care needs.
In order for your child to begin school on August 6:
- Parents/Guardians are required to meet with their Family Advocate to submit all enrollment paperwork, including the Emergency Card, by July 20.
- Parents/Guardians are required to meet with their child’s teacher by July 27.
- Missed deadlines will result in delayed school entry. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Need bus service? Contact Melinda Hansen at (480) 362-2206. Bus service is available for preschoolers only.
Starting August 6, the ECEC school hours are:
- Infants/Toddlers: 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday-Friday
