BILLING

Please note the following important changes to our billing and payment process: CCDF Program Providers should have received a Purchase Order (PO) for payment of services delivered October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026. Please retain your PO number, as you will need to reference it when billing.

• For services provided through September 30, there is no change to the billing process. For these invoices, please continue to submit by email.
• When billing for services provided on or after October 1, all invoices must be submitted through the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) Vendor Portal.
  
  • SRPMIC will only accept invoices submitted via the Vendor Portal. Billing forms that are emailed will not be processed for child care services after 10/1/2025.
  • Vendor Portal registration begins at vendorportal.srpmic-nsn.gov/VendorPortal/security/login#
